The TRNSMT Festival 2025, set to take place from July 11th to 13th at Glasgow Green, has unveiled an exciting and diverse lineup for its eighth edition. Headlining the festival are global icons and local favorites: 50 Cent, who will be the first rapper to headline since Stormzy in 2019, will perform on Friday night; Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro will take the stage on Saturday; and Snow Patrol will close the festival on Sunday, celebrating their recent album The Forest Is the Path.

The lineup also features a range of other notable acts, including The Script, Fontaines D.C., Inhaler, Jake Bugg, The Kooks, Sigrid, Underworld, and Gracie Abrams, who recently opened for Taylor Swift. Other performers include Confidence Man, Jamie Webster, Kneecap, Twin Atlantic, Wet Leg, and many more.

Tickets for the festival go on sale starting December 6th, with various presale options available earlier. The event promises an unforgettable weekend of live music, with four stages and a variety of festival experiences. Festival director Geoff Ellis expressed enthusiasm for the eclectic lineup, which is expected to attract a crowd of 150,000 attendees over the weekend.
