The Lumineers Announce New Album "Automatic" Set for February 2025 Release

Grammy-winning folk-rock band The Lumineers, who had a worldwide hit with Ho Hey in 2012, have announced their fifth studio album, Automatic, set to be released on February 14, 2025. The album marks a significant milestone for the band, representing 20 years of songwriting collaboration between co-founders Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites. The lead single, Same Old Song, is now available, accompanied by a music video directed by Anaïs LaRocca. Schultz describes the album as an exploration of modern life's complexities, examining "the increasingly blurry line between what's real and what's not". Recorded in under a month at Utopia Studio in Woodstock, Automatic is the first album where Schultz and Fraites are credited as co-producers alongside David Baron and Simone Felice. The band will support the album with an extensive European and UK tour in April and May 2025, promising fans a fresh and introspective musical experience.
