Lynyrd Skynyrd Announce 50th Anniversary UK Tour with Special Guests Blackberry Smoke

Lynyrd Skynyrd, the iconic Southern rock band, is set to celebrate their 50th anniversary with a UK tour in July 2025. This marks their first return to the UK since 2019 and promises an exciting lineup of performances across four major cities. The tour kicks off on July 15 at the Manchester AO Arena, followed by stops in Birmingham, Brighton, and concluding at the London OVO Arena Wembley on July 19.
Fans of Lynyrd Skynyrd songs can expect classic hits like "Free Bird" and more as the band takes the stage with special guests Blackberry Smoke, adding to the excitement of the event. Lead vocalist Johnny Van Zant emphasized the significance of this milestone, stating, "It’s about the legacy of Lynyrd Skynyrd... there’s nothing like getting out there, playing a great show with Skynyrd."
In a philanthropic gesture, £1 from each ticket will support the newly launched Live Trust, aimed at assisting those in the live music sector. Tickets go on general sale on January 24.
